Bryan Escudero, Fund Manager
He has been in real estate since 2022 and Bryan has grown his portfolio to over $20M AUM. Along with assets in Ohio, Florida and Tennessee, Bryan has over 20 years of project management experience with projects spread across the United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Spain. Working in concert with entities abroad he has also led and managed over 20 multimillion dollar projects for a major international media corporation overseeing all aspects of production and managing over 150 staff. Bryan holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
Eduardo Escudero, Fund Manager
He is an owner or managing partner of over 181 units in 4 different states. He has been investing in multifamily since 2022. With over 15 years of civil engineering design and management experience he has served as an Engineering Leader for a Fortune 500 company managing a yearly budget of over $10MM. He also has extensive experience in design and construction of underground utilities including water and sewer design as well as roadway design. He served as a project engineer of an award winning private civil engineering firm. Significant assignments include Prime Consultant for an international airport capital improvements program with a projected program budget of $800MM. Eduardo is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
